What is your standard quote lead time?
Please provide drawings or photo with detailed requirments, Quotation are provided within 2 working days from receipt of RFQ.

What is your standard mould design lead time?
Our design lead time is 2-5 days for initial 2D design, then 3-7 days for 3D design upon approval of 2D design.

What 3D software do you use in mould design?
We use mostly UG, Pro-E for 3D. We will send to customers the product design and mould structure design drawings in either 3D for approval before mould production.

What steel do you usually use?
Usually we use P20, 718, H13, S136, 2316, 2738, etc.
